Good looking and extremely convenient hotel, did not want to leave.

Everything was perfectly fine, met the needs, and the staff were very friendly people especially the day time receptionist. The room was tastefully decorated and a nice size, the bad was nice. Location - it was particularly good, the train station was next door to the hotel. We truly enjoyed the beer bar.

I had a great value for my money at Grand Inn in Bangkok. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect for nightlife and there were plenty of food options nearby. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and choices.

I like the hotel because it is clean and quite, but it is expensive.

The don't have enough staff, I asked them to bring me something and they said come to take it we don't have some body to bring!!!!

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel and The only advantages are friendly staff, location, and free wifi. It is In the middle of sukhumvit road and 10 min walk to nana train station.

The hotel doesn't deserve 3 star. Poor room condition, room walls are made of wood, noisy, small rooms, small poor toilet, our ac was leaking water to our bed without any solution from hotel, no swming pool, small restaurant. Rooms view is owful !! Some rooms' windows were covered by metal cladding so it's not possible to see even the street.

Our room was neat and modern with a comfy bed. the hotel is in a very central setting in the heart of Downtown. - We also tried Tsu Japanese Restaurant which offered appetising cuisine.

Location was excellent. 5-6 minutes walk to Bumrungrad Hospital and KFC, Subway and Nana BTS Skytrain. 1 minute to 7-Eleven, Burger King, Mc Donalds, Starbucks.

The hotel has a modern design and friendly staff, especially the daytime receptionist. Great location near the Nana entertainment area, making it convenient to access the nightlife district, BTS, and Nana skytrain station.

The hotel staff really good spically shumpoo that girl helped me alot and upgreaded my room without asking for free when she saw that we have 2 kids she is really nice

It quite small hotel. Only about 10m wide. However, when enter into room, it is very good.
